  Ordered several orders with app. Went to pick up they hadn’t even looked to see if they had online orders so nothing was made. They forgot all the cookies and drinks. Tried to call back no answer. Would not recommend at all.

  The Employee not working was sitting at the table couldn't help the manager because she was not on the clock and she already had 40 hours. In my opinion the manager should have said go ahead and clock in. Instead the employee that was sitting at the table called " I guess corporate or owner" and she said corporate would not let her start early because of overtime. I'm a customer and I heard this whole conversation go on before our eyes. The manager still did her job serving us, but the other employee sitting down should have helped. There were 3 customers behind us at the time. It was about 3pm on Monday.
