  If I could give 0 stars, I sure would bcuz Cricket has got to be the absolute worst cell phone carrier network Ihave ever had in my life!!!! On top of that, the guy that works in this store DOES NOT explain anything nor does he ask any questions about what you want, as far as "extras" like phone protection and/or mobile hotspot!!! He just decides for you!!!! You explain to him what you want/need, but he does whatever he wants to do!!!!

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such a great experience with Cricket Wireless, and I especially want to recognize Caleb for being so helpful. From the moment I started working with him, he was friendly, patient, and genuinely willing to help. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explain my options, and make sure I understood everything before making any decisions. I really appreciated that caleb never made me feel rushed or like I was just another customer. He listened to what I needed and went out of his way to make sure I had a good experience. That kind of customer service really makes a difference! I’m very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend Cricket Wireless, especially if you’re lucky enough to have Caleb help you. He’s a great representative and truly made my experience a positive one! 💚📱

  if I could give zero stars, I WOULD! I purchased a iphone16 TWO WEEKS ago for my 16 yr old. the phone began glitching and when asked about a return or exchange I was told I only had six days to do so. that I could pay 250 MORE dollars to have a replacement sent. I wish I would.
