    Can’t order a sandwich without vegetables is the stupidest thing I’ve ever heard. Use to love subway but all of the “new owners” buying them up sure have ruined them. Literally tried to order a sandwich and a Protein pocket without vegetables like I have 20 other times and was told they cannot do it. Incredibly horrible system. Good luck at this location.

    One star for the Subway by Rural King in Maysville. Honestly one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve had in a while. Ordered a grilled chicken wrap and the chicken tasted weird, almost like rotten fish. I took a couple bites and couldn’t even eat it. Called the store and they wanted me to drive all the way back, but I was already 20 minutes away heading out of town. They also only had the old tortilla wraps instead of the flatbread wraps they’re supposed to have. They didn’t even cut the wrap in half, forgot my cookies completely, and the bag of Doritos I grabbed already had the bottom busted open. The whole experience just felt careless from start to finish. I’ve never had issues at the Walmart Subway in Maysville, but this location by Rural King was awful. Definitely won’t be back.

    They’re very expensive, spent $18.33 on a footlong meal. We ordered a footlong and asked her to cut it in half so our kid could eat half now and half later and she tried to charge us for 2 - 6 inch sandwiches. She also tried to sell me a meatball sub someone left there from the morning. We won’t be returning.

    I made a mobile order and when I realized that they put onions on my sandwiches, I brought it back for them to fix. They refused to remake the sandwiches because "we didn't put onions on it, the other guy who works here did" after not believing me that there was onions on it to begin with. I am allergic to onions. I told them this when I asked for it to be remade. I will be disputing the charge with my bank and making an official complaint to Subway about this. All I wanted was my sandwiches remade. Horrible customer service.
