  I don’t particularly waste my time leaving reviews, but it does help when the only customer in the building walks in that you acknowledge them. Especially when they stand in front of you for a decent amount of time and not one of the three employees working even looks at you. That and my order was sitting there the whole time yet no one could even ask the name and simply hand it to me so I could be on my way. Coming from someone who owns a business, customer service really helps a business succeed. Ive worked and started from the absolute bottom, so coming from someone who has had to serve the public, do better, and grow up. I would never allow that, let alone allow someone casually FaceTiming their friends on the phone while on the clock and ignoring the only customer in the building.

  Alexis was rude and told me i wasnt getting my food and slammed the window shut on me charged my credit card for my food and i didnt get my food ! There rude and ask who you are when you go through the drive threw dont patronize this place! Very rude, and unprofessional! She/he doent need to be working there!
