  They are nice but they really don't know much about how phones work at all. If you already have cricket I am sure they can switch you over but don't bring your own phone and expect them to do anything other than put a non working sim in it on 4 different occasions once even with the regional manager and still act like they don't have a clue how to make it work. Very unimpressed with technical knowledge.
