Went in to get the sub of the day on Wednesday April 22nd which was sweet onion chicken teriyaki, I ordered a foot long and a 6inch by itself costs 4.99 and to make it a foot long it’s $3 extra so I decided to get the footlong, the lady asks me if I wanted it heated or toasted so I say toasted, the sandwich came out barely even toasted at all, I then get all my toppings put on the sandwich and the lady doesn’t know how to put them on the sandwich and puts them all in the middle of the sandwich, after everything was put on she decides to cut the sandwich down the middle without rolling or closing it, I get to the register and she rings up my sandwich for $13.61 which is normal price and I tell her it’s the sandwich of the day so it should be alittle over $9 not including chips and a drink, she then proceeds to tell me that it’s Just how the register rings it up and I tell her no it shouldn’t be that much if it’s a sub of the day, the other two people that work there try to tell me that it’s 12.49 for the sandwich and I tell them thats not the price for today, it should be alittle over $9, they all looked like I was crazy but if you offer a sub that normally costs more on a non sub of the day you should train your staff on how much it would cost! I normal dont do reviews but what a terrible experience I had, all 3 of them need to be better trained and know how to run a store when the manager isn’t there, I won’t ever be going to that subway again!!
