  Omg!!!! Absolutely unacceptable! I’m Doing a pick up! If anyone has been here you have to have seen what I seen. No one is wearing gloves. Throwing food and boxes etc on the floor and shoving it under the equipment! They have all the orderes messed up. No gloves no type of sanitation for even safety reasons! So sad!

  Service was bad wings had a bunch of oil it was all I could taste other people were asking for refund but I will share this and never go back to this place and hopefully I don't get sick cause of so much oil on the wings

  Ordered food on line went to pick it up and bone in wings had no seasoning. Asked manger if these wings looked like dry rub he said yes that's it . Got home to eat and they tasted just how they looked. No seasoning and wanted to argue with me about how they was seasoned wings as well as the wrong seasoning on the soggy cold fries they served us ..

  How hard is it to actually mix the sauce onto the wings if you’re going to put two completely different flavors in the same box AT LEAST MAKE SURE THE SAUCE COATS THE WINGS

  This location needs to be shut down the attitudes on this staff is terrible if you ask to speak to corporate or a manager they straight up deny you as well as messing up your order to not handing out a receipt then blaming you for it! Just terrible needs to get shut down! You can tell by the other reviews this place is just a mess. The male GM and the assistant GM both were rude and hung up on my face while I was speaking. Q
