  The whole atmosphere is just rude . On the phone they’re rude and even in store . Had my order on the shelf for over 15 minutes before it was handed to me . Unacceptable

  They never answer their phone when they do they hang up on you. The front counter person no customer service at all. Call them now

  TJ AND CREW WAS EXCELLENT!!!!! The chicken was hot and fresh carrots and celery was fresh and the ranch was HOME MADE!!! The store was clean and fountain drinks were good too Thanks TJ we will be back

  I ordered 20 piece and received 17 pieces. I called and spoke with the manager. He lied and said he counted 20 and called me a liar. Wa rude and hung up on me

  This store always marks my order as ready like 10 minutes before it’s actually ready. I’m assuming that corporate checks the times on their orders and that’s why they lie all the time and say it’s ready when it’s actually not. They always say “just waiting on fries, be a few minutes.” Ok, if I’m waiting on fries then why is it marked as Ready! On the board
