  I stopped by for my break from work. Got my order after waiting 30 mins. I appreciate the woman doing cashier asked to check my order to make sure everything was correct my fries were fresh but my chicken was dry barely no sauce Ms. Torah proceeded to fix my order with no attitude great lady for customer service she was welcoming me, to come back I request her full service next time.

  I spent 1 hour and 39 minutes at this location and still walked out without food. I was told I couldn’t order in-store and had to go online. When I asked for a manager, the employee just clocked out and left. Another staff member told me to wait 10 minutes, only to eventually tell me again that they wouldn't take my order in person. Total waste of time. I ended up going to the Little Caesars next door instead. Unbelievable lack of professionalism.

  I placed a pick up order for lunch today. Everything was HORRIBLE. I'm so disappointed because I love Wing Stop! My fries were cold! The wings tasted so bland! All of my flavors were SO bland. As a faithful, I do not think I can return after this experience.
