  The customer service from management here is unacceptable. A shift manager actively prevented an employee from handing off a completed order that was sitting right on the counter. Instead of prioritizing the customer's food staying hot, he forced a delay so tasks like changing trash cans could be done first. This poor prioritization directly causes delivery customers to receive cold, ruined meals. The regular staff seemed willing to help, but management is actively hurting the customer experience.

  We ordered wings the evening of July 3rd. Went in to pick them up and have never been so disrespected in my like. The “manager” on duty at that time handed me (what I thought was) my order. He handed me 1 drink cup. We ordered 2 drinks. I tried to show him my online order that I had on my phone but he wanted nothing to do with looking at what I ordered. He said he can only go off of the receipt that was on the bag. I asked him several times to look at the order I placed and he would not. He continued to argue with me all over a drink that probably cost them maybe $.15. He said he would call the owner but than when I said to please call the owner, he would not. He finally put a 2nd cup on the counter and told me to get out. I got in my vehicle to leave only to realize that he had not even given me the right order (they only had 3 orders on the board so not many to confuse it with). I went back in and without him even saying a word, he tossed my order on the counter and I left. My wife called up and spoke with him while I was driving home. He told her that he apologized to me when I went back in which was a lie. I went back in the next day to speak to a “boss”. And was given the phone number of someone I believe to be the VP. I called and left a message with no return call to this day. The food, as always, was great! But, knowing how I was treated at this location, I will not order from there again. I would rather drive 10 mins up the road to the other Wing Stops in the area. VERY DISSAPPOINTING!

  Second time we’ve ordered Garlic Parmesan wings and ended up getting plain chicken nuggets. My husband called up there tonight to tell them they messed up our order and they were not helpful. He ordered dinner when he got out of work and then I got home later and that’s when we saw they messed up the food. He called to see if we could get the right wings and we would bring back the nuggets and the man was rude and said there was no manager and to call back another day. I tried the nuggets but they were hard and stringy inside. Always soooo slow and poor customer service. Just go to BWW right next door if you’re looking for wings because this place is trash.
