  I recently switched car insurance to Allstate from almost 17 years with USAA and home owners with Progressive. Not only their rates were lower, but their customer service was 2nd to none! Huge shoutout to Emanuel Rivera, who was not only pleasant to speak with but he remained on the line patiently and assisted me to cancel my plans with both insurance companies. Total time was 1 hour and 18 minutes and he did it with pleasure. As long as Allstate remains competitive, they will have a long life customer! Great job!

  I just completed my insurance review with Kanita House at Thomas Allen Allstate. Kanita is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. She does a great job explaining all the potential coverage options in a way that is both professional and easy to comprehend. I highly recommend Kanita when it comes to shopping for coverage.   Kanita has been a great insurance agent! She is timely, informative, and always a great communicator. I have both my home and auto insurance through her, and she has made the process so much easier to understand. As a young person who is new to navigating these big responsibilities, I really appreciate how she takes the time to explain things in a way that makes sense and always makes sure my questions are answered.   Rivera, Emanuel is the agent I decided to trust with all my insurance . I called for a quote but he took so much time explaining everything plus going over different options. I made several calls to Emanuel with different questions before deciding and he was always professional and never seemed to high pressure me. This is the type of agent I wanted instead of an app on my phone.
