  I cannot express how fantastic this UPS Store location was to work with during our event. Denise and her team were in constant communication, were readily available when questions popped up and hauled pallets and packages for my team and our vendors between the hotel towers. This team played such an integral role in the success of our trade show and I'm beyond appreciative for their time and hard work!

  Tabitha and Tanya were unbelievably helpful and friendly. Truly considerate and thoughtful. I wish my local UPS store was as great as this one!

  I scheduled and paid for a package pick up from The Brown Hotel on April 29th. UPS never came on May 4th. I have called UPS every single day, sometimes twice a day, and have been told the package would be collected that day. It has been 5 days and nothing has happened. I paid for a second pick up and still nothing. The local branch claimed they "completed this pick up" but the box is still sitting at the pick up point. DO NOT SHIP WITH UPS. Their customer support is also completely UNHELPFUL.

  Amazing service conveniently located on the second floor of the East tower for convention/conference attendees. Email your print job(s) and they'll be done in a jiffy! Woman-owned and all-woman staff/employees. The epitome of Southern hospitality.
