  Denise was nothing short of wonderful. She went above and beyond for me several times while I was exhibiting at a conference in the hotel. When the monitor I ordered arrived in a damaged box, she sourced a sturdy replacement that was ready when I needed it. When the sign I ordered did not arrive, she immediately offered to create a new one so I didn't miss a beat. The world needs more people like her. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!! I'd give more stars if I could.

  Denise and the entire team are absolutely fantastic. I came in with a problem that I believed was unsolvable and she handled it like a pro with grace and kindness. Truly a fantastic team who thinks out of the box and puts their customers first. Kudos to Denise and team, you’re awesome!

  Was working a conference for the week and needed to mail out an item to a friend. I walked in to a very warm, welcoming, atmosphere. The nice lady behind the counter stated her name and how she could help. Her name was Denise who took the best care of me. Even made sure I had everything to ship my item with no box. I looked down at the business cards and low and behold he was the Owner of that location! Such a nice a friendly person along with her staff. Go check them out you won't be disappointed. Also if you are running a convention downtown, make sure you use them if you need anything made, printed or just to buy supplies you may have forgot.

  This location is convenient for me to run packages through on my lunch break at work. I’ve also had them print family photos to hangbup at my daughter’s preschool. Customer service is top notch.

  I cannot express how fantastic this UPS Store location was to work with during our event. Denise and her team were in constant communication, were readily available when questions popped up and hauled pallets and packages for my team and our vendors between the hotel towers. This team played such an integral role in the success of our trade show and I'm beyond appreciative for their time and hard work!
