  The staff was very helpful, polite, efficient, courteous, professional and friendly. They're very knowledgeable of the job. Kudos to the staff.

  Won't come here again. I previously had very positive experiences at this business and had even switched to using it for all shipping needs (even non UPS) because of the ease and willingness to help of the employees. Today I was told it was store policy to pay 2$ to print a prepaid shipping label and also store policy that you can't charge under 3$ on a card so I must purchase something else to get above the cost of the label. When I asked why the sudden change in policy (I have shipped here weekly and interacted with several employees without paying for the cost of the label) the representative indicated she was the owner of store and that's just the way it is. She was very rude and a policy that makes you pay additional money for a prepaid lable is simply preposterous. I will be taking my personal and company shipping elsewhere and encourage others too as well. Don't get ripped off.
