  I’ve been coming here many years. I’ve know people by name. Everyone has always been so friendly and helpful, no matter how busy. Kind. Going out of their way to help. Today Ben and Cameron helped me and I’m so grateful. Customer Servicer is exceptional here.

  Just had a terrific experience at this location! After visiting three other locations (UPS and FedEx) in an attempt to get a large document printed and spiral bound, I found Joseph. He enthusiastically got the job done and was so helpful and professional. My document came out exactly like I wanted it and it was ready when I was told to pick it up. Thank you!!

  I had 4 packages to return to Amazon and no idea how to do it. No shame in my game I'm retired and disabled meaning I typically need "adult supervision" and a double scoop of patience. Fortunately, Sam was eager and pleased to be of assistance. He quickly solved the mystery of identifying the appropriate return table for each item, with the same grin seen in the gratuitous photo. I created the name tag so people can request and compliment him by name. Whoop! Whoop! Big shout out to SAM! 🥳👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 P.S. This UPS Store is located next to sandwich 🥪 taco 🌮 & burger 🍔 restaurants and an ice cream store! 🍦 Plus! A haircut place ✂️

  Cheryl, at the St. Matthews location is the True definition of Customer Service! She teaches when she helps. I appreciate her and now this company for hiring her.
