  I been in this store numerous times. They never ever have more than one person working EVER i stood in line so long I was late to work. As much money as they make from Amazon they can't have two damn employees 😡

  I just recently today visited 9152 Taylorsville road UPS. The gentleman that helped me his name was Logan. I asked him to help me with my TikTok purchase that I could not figure out how to send back. He didn't say much but he did help me and I truly appreciate it! He was fast and efficient and got me in and out and a timely manner. Thank you Logan I hope you have a wonderful day!

  My family and I have used this UPS Store for years. All of the employees are friendly and helpful. The manager, Logan, is particularly helpful and responsive to any questions or concerns.

  I’m currently dealing with a very stressful situation where I sent official documents to my son who is in the military and stationed in CA. I shipped the package from this store to another UPS Store in Port Hueneme, CA. The CA store advised me they would hold it for my son to pick-up. The store in CA received it and there is proof of receipt and the name of the employee who signed for it. However, they advised both me and my son that they cannot find the package almost a week later. I’m getting no further assistance from anyone at the CA store or a response to my request to speak with a manager there. Conversely, I am getting a great deal of assistance from the manager, Logan, at this local Louisville store where I shipped the package from. He has helped me by contacting the CA store and is currently assisting me with the claims process for the lost package. Logan is extremely professional, efficient and helpful and I cannot express enough how appreciative I am of his efforts. The store he manages is very well run and organized and all of the employees I’ve interacted with there have been wonderful. I cannot recommend this particular UPS Store enough. I’ve always used it for my shipping and now I always will.
