  Occasionally, they’re very long lines at this location. However, the lady that works the desk makes everything worth it. The customer service and friendliness she offers is what keeps me coming back. There is one coworker of hers there that is extremely rude and so I always try to interact with the lady there. I hope her supervisor will see this and know that she does an extraordinary job day after day.

  This is a great location. People are friendly and they are never so busy to where you have to wait a long time to drop off a package. They keep things moving. It's a little further from my house, but it's worth the drive.

  I been in this store numerous times. They never ever have more than one person working EVER i stood in line so long I was late to work. As much money as they make from Amazon they can't have two damn employees 😡

  I just recently today visited 9152 Taylorsville road UPS. The gentleman that helped me his name was Logan. I asked him to help me with my TikTok purchase that I could not figure out how to send back. He didn't say much but he did help me and I truly appreciate it! He was fast and efficient and got me in and out and a timely manner. Thank you Logan I hope you have a wonderful day!
