    Worst ups store, probably in Louisville. The whole "dollar to tape up a package" is totally unnecessary and I feel like thats taking advantage of the customers. I assume the owner is too cheap to buy tape. Wouldnt that be part of running a shipping place? Wouldnt take my return because the Amazon return says customer packed when it was in the same box Amazon sent me. I hope management can see this and improve wherever necessary.

    Almost every time I go the line is sticking 15 feet out the building and not moving. I don't know if it's just continuously understaffed or what, but I can tell you from experience if you pull up and the line is outside, just go somewhere else.
