  I’ve never had a single bad experience here! All the staff is so kind and helpful. The manager is super friendly and very nice!

  I went in to return a package on a week day and they closed early. The kids working the desk had drawn the gate and working in the computer at the desk at 650 when the store closed at 7. I knocked on the door asking to make a return and the employees ignored me and acted as if they did not see me until 7 exactly then came to the door said they were closed and there was nothing they could do. Just rude it was raining could have at least come to the door to tell me you wanted to close early. I had even explained I had been standing there for 10 mins and she said well it’s 7 now so we’re closed

  We received a package at our house that was not for us. One of the girls told me I could pay to return it even though it wasn’t my package. That doesn’t make much sense. Another girl told me to throw it away and then they said they don’t accept packages like that. They told me I need to call UPS and get it back to the driver. I asked to speak to a manager just to get some clarification and I was told there wasn’t one and then the girl told me that I was talking to two young girls and if I didn’t like it I could leave the store. I was in disbelief that they literally told me to throw someone’s package away. This can’t be real life or how this company really handles things. The girl had also said that they’re just franchises and not affiliated with UPS Even though it’s called the UPS store. I called another UPS store and they immediately told me to bring it to them and that they would refuse the package on my behalf and send it back to the sender.

  This The UPS Store location showed a complete lack of attention to detail and regard for customer privacy. I went in to send a sensitive fax to the state, and when I asked for a copy via email, the employee sent my personal information to a random contact in their system. There was no excuse for this—simply failing to confirm the email address before sending confidential documents. This is a serious breach of trust and entirely preventable. I would not trust this location with anything sensitive. Use FedEx or United States Postal Service instead.
