  This is now the third time I have done a TikTok return that normally I would just drop off because I choose the option that says no packaging required. But the last three times now they have made me pay three dollars for a box or a bag to return an item. And they keep telling me they have to, but I chose the free TikTok return option they’re not supposed to be charging you for the packaging. I will frequent another UPS store that understands how to do TikTok returns correctly which sucks because this is the closest one to me

  This UPS is the best! I have been going there 13 years! The gentleman that knows me & remembers my packages has been there 28 yrrs! He’s my go to man!💯

  Envié un paquete con ellos y nunca llegó, lo entregaron en otra dirección, cuando hice el reclamo lo denegaron, el costo de mi paquete era de 350 dólares más 23 de envío, me sentí estafada

  wanted to charge me $2 to print a prepaid shipping label. went to the library they did it for $0.05
