  Joshua went extremely out of his way to help me. Helped me set up an email account. And waa able to get my print and fax job done for me that i really needed to get done for a long time. Jarid did a great job too with assisting me in the past 10/10 reccomended. Only ups store in the city i will go to!!!!

  I have been a huge fan of the UPS stores in general for a while. But this particular location stands out above them all and has amazing customer service! I was dreading taking two unboxed items to ship separately envisioning that I’d need to get a roll of tape and some boxes and be “that guy” in the corner trying to get it all put together like arts and crafts. -Nope! Upon entering I was met with a super professional and polite person at the front and she told me that she could do all that for me and after a quick verification of the addresses and her taking the information she rang me up and I was out the door in less than 5min! This will be my go to spot!

  Yes, I did use profanities, was very angry and hot. I apologize for that. Two wrongs don’t make a right. Can we please just admit talking down to a 70 year old woman and talking down to your stores customers is not a good idea for the UPS brand. Don’t turn this around one me. I read numerous reviews where people talked about rude employees like Houston. (Say something to the wrong crazy person…. i.e. like the Outer Loop Texas Roadhouse situation). So clearly I am not making this up. This is happening at your business. How would you feel about a punk talking to your parents, like that? I am a protector of my family. UPS is a client of mine of my place of business and this affects the whole brands image. Then Derek threatening to call police on me really? As he was yelling real loud. That is ridiculous. Your employee started this situation Own it!!! I should call police on your employee for being verbally viscous to customers. I know the LMPD chief (Alumni Saint X) I know all the Jeffersonville Police. They got real problems like gun violence. I am a man of faith and community. Don’t turn this around on me. The World and Life is hard enough for people. My mother has gone through a lot of strife in her life. My mother is still upset on how Houston and the business treated her. Can she at least come in and get an apology from Houston? Or written note digital or paper? I apologize for being hot, but Houston cannot talk to customers that way. This makes the UPS brand look bad affects us all in business. We can let this go. I appreciate the apology. Closure please as this is still driving me mad with this reply. Do better with this and learn from this situation. Own your employees actions. Accountability please and thank you. Prayers and Blessings. Good vibrations and energy to your all’s families and store. Know running small businesses not easy in 2026. Consider me banned lol. Scary!!!! Now I have to go to Confession as two wrongs don’t make a right. Max
