  JARRED at the Omni store is such a professional and efficient worker. He is always so helpful when I drop off packages. Jarred also goes above and beyond with any deliveries. We really appreciate his great work ethic and positivity.

  This location is located conveniently in the Omni hotel. Jarred is hard-working and customer-oriented. He handled our packages with care. I’ve never had to wait for service at the Omni!

  I just dropped off an Amazon return and there was no charge. The workers were fast and friendly. I had no wait. Very good service. It was hard to find but let me help you out. Go to the Omni Hotel, walk inside to the left, take the escalator to the second floor, look behind the escalator and youll see a small UPS sign, walk to it and look right, you'll see the UPS doorway.

  My husband and I traveled to Louisville for a Bourbon Trail experience, only to arrive and realize I left my ID back home. With the help of family, we overnighted my ID from Pennsylvania and were hopeful it would arrive on time. We were staying at the Omni so it was super convenient. We arrived right at 8 am when they opened. My package wasn’t there at first but Jarred knew just what to do and went out of his way to go find the delivery truck on the loading dock and ran it back up to the store for us. Went above and beyond and helped get our trip back on track. So grateful for their service and willingness to help out!
