    I needed a poster for presentation at a conference that proved challenging to print due to its large size. Jericho and the store manager were patient, communicative, and gracious through what was a stressful time to be sure everything was just right for presenting. Thank you!

    Jericho was AMAZING in handling my large poster order for the SFARN conference in July. We had several emails going back and forth and she never missed a beat. Added my discount code, processed the transaction, and placed it at hotel reception for me since I was arriving outside of store hours. If I could give MORE than 5 stars, I would. Keep up the amazing customer-first service. I felt valued throughout my correspondence. Again, FANTASTIC work!! ❤️

    This is the best UPS store around. Jericho and Jared went absolutely above and beyond for me. They were so kind, understanding, and helpful. I would recommend anyone use this UPS store for their shipments!!! Thank you guys so much!

    I went into the UPS store looking for a poster board, which they do not carry. Jericho was awesome helping me problem solve by offering me a few pieces of cardstock. Jericho and her coworker were friendly and super helpful.
