  Server was involved with one customer talking about there personal life problems while others wanted on services. Very disrespectful. She also had her children in the eating room having a party. I am a u s veteran and I would expect more from subway for my money.....

  *NEW OWNERSHIP!* Absolutely amazing experience here, especially with the new ownership! You can immediately tell that there has been a huge positive change. The place is so much cleaner, more organized, and welcoming than before, and the overall atmosphere is 100x better. The service was excellent, and everyone was friendly, respectful, and genuinely happy to help. The food was fresh, delicious, and clearly prepared with a lot more care and attention. You can really tell that the new owners are putting in the effort to improve everything and give customers the experience they deserve. The owner was incredibly kind, welcoming, and passionate about the business. It’s clear that he actually cares about the customers, his employees, and the quality of the store. You can see the difference in the way everything is run now. Honestly, this place feels like a completely different store compared to before. The new ownership has made such a huge difference, and in my opinion, it’s 100x better than it was under the previous owners. I’m really glad I gave it another chance because I’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend checking it out!

  When I arrived today, customers were not being allowed inside to place food orders. One associate was standing near the entrance shaking their head and appeared unwilling to assist customers. This was at 9:00am. We were turned away without explanation. I hope management reviews this situation and takes appropriate steps to improve customer service.

  Get here at 9:25 am when posted opening time is 9am on saturdays and dude inside just shakes his head no at me when I get to the door. This is the morning of 6/6/26. Now I need to drive somewhere else to get my pregnate wife her food.

  It’s and older lady at this store her Attitude stinks and doesn’t need to be working at NO subway she proceeds to be rude to a child ordering their sandwich. She was rude to the teenage young lady that was trying to order her sandwich. She needs to be fired fired. That’s why your store the food the service the atmosphere if I could give zero stars it would be zero stars because of this one employee I have never been so mad she needs to be terminated immediately before she meets the right person
