Everytime my family orders online it's an horrible experience. We like to add a special detail to our order in the checkout area on the app and for some reason it's never the way we request it!!!!!! I don't understand it! If we're paying $30 and up for sandwiches it should be the exact way we want it. I can't speak for all subway locations but this is the only location that has a problem following the directions on the "SPECIAL REQUEST BOX"! Very upsetting!! This needs to be a teachable moment for the workers. The working class work extremely too hard not to just give money away and not get anything back in return. I think them days are quite over! Please fix this issue at this location!
