  Ordered a sandwich on the app. My fiancé showed up to pick it up about 10 minutes earlier than it said it was going to be ready. He told them he was early and he could wait on it. He said there were 2 employees standing behind the counter and no current customers in the store. They told him that he would "have to come back later" to pick up the sandwich. Obviously, that's ridiculous so he left. I called the store to cancel the order after not being able to cancel it from the app and they said they couldn't cancel it. The app doesn't give you a phone number to call when something goes wrong. They just give you this Chat bot that is less than helpful. So I didn't receive a sandwich that I paid for and still have not been refunded. I will not be ordering from here again and Subway needs to fix their app!!

  This Subway is very clean, workers very professional and friendly. Always smiling. They know what they are doing and get the job done. The bread is very fresh and sandwiches taste great. Highly Recommended
