    They DO NOT accept coupons so when you get them throw them away. I rarely stop at subway anymore I can stop at a 5 Star, Speedway, Thortons or Wa Wa's and get a sandwich just as good and cheaper

    Why in the world would you have Latino’s working in your establishment that can’t even understand plan English. I ask for a gift card and both ladies stood there looking at me like I was an idiot. If I ever walk into one and there’s no one that understands me I’ll walk out and take my business elsewhere.

    Currently standing in line in front of the counter, watching 2 individuals who pulled up 5 and 10 mins after me have their sandwiches made, once they’re done, the lady asked me what she could do for me, told her I had a mobile order, she said ok, I will start working on it right now. What’s the point of me placing the order in the app, if the people working here aren’t able to utilize their common sense when it comes to a first served first basis, I feel like taking my business elsewhere is the best bet, but just wanted to share the tidbit as we all know this Subway has a revolving reputation. Mind you there is NO RUSH, I was the only person in the parking lot, nobody else has come or gone. Not too mention the hate in spanish I am getting right now for all the toppings I put in my sandwhich, lol.

    Ordered 3 sandwiches, all were disappointing. Philly cheesesteak only had cheese on half of the sandwich. The cold cut combo barely had any of the extra ingredients I ordered. The meatballs on the meatball sub tasted old. I tried to call the store for a refund but nobody answered. Probably because nobody who was there when I picked up my food spoke hardly any English

    Found a long black hair in my sandwich 🤢, tried calling the store for a refund. No answer after 11 calls. Tried contacting customer service…no response. Ordered the lowest calorie options, they overloaded the cheese and meats which threw off the calorie count. Ends of sandwich always burnt because they no longer offer flatbread. Oh and to top it off, can’t understand the people who work there and this inedible sandwich was $13 without any add-ons. Do not go here.
