  I came in at 8:50pm on 7/24/26 when online/door hours says closing time at 9m. While I do hate going/avoid going to places right before closing...(I've worked retail/customer service. Specifically at subway myself)... The lady working stop me from fully coming in refusing to serve "saying they were close" even though the doors were open. I had arrived to the parking lot at 8:30 to go to kroger and their open sign was off since then. I proceed to ask what the closing time was and she just kept saying now and not what's listed on the door/online. I also asked her if that was her policy or the store's policy and she said it was hers.... I told her that she can't just refuse to serve only because she had already mopped the floors. (I know it sucks having to remop and what not but it isn't the customer's fault). I asked her if there was a manager and she said she was. Proceeded to asking the owner's name and said she was. Lastly, she had the audacity to say that if I wanted to complaint that I could... The actual owner should really look into this and see for himself how employees run the business. If the closing time is not what's advertised, the owner needs to fix the issue immediately. Not professional at all. Her name is Yaima (could be mispelling it)

  Very inconvenient to drive down bardstown rd on Derby and find location CLOSED when other states they are open..would have been nice to let public know. Gas is 4.59 and this happens often @stores

  Idk why people are complaining about this place. I think they are mixing this location up with the one near Big Lots because that one really, really sucks. My sandwiches are literally PERFECT EVERY TIME! They are super nice and patient anytime I come in I mostly order pick-up at least once a week (I am the one lady who puts please don't put mayonnaise on my sandwich or I will cry in my order notes 🤣) Thanks for never putting mayonnaise on my sandwiches and being a great crew, guys! We love you. I hate the other subways around here.
