  I ordered food to be delivered to the cancer institute as we are stuck here all day, unfortunately. The order was wrong so I called to see if they could fix it. The woman i spoke with was extremely rude, kept saying okay, did not offer to fix it and then hung up on me. Terrible customer service.

  Got a meatball sub combo and when it was delivered. I tried to eat it but the bread was toasted over toasted and was not able to eat my lunch. And called the store to let them know what happened and they act like they did not speak English got hung up on twice did not resolve anything I would not recommend this subway
