Contacted customer service to get this resolved, was told I’d have someone contact me in 24 hours…it has been almost two weeks so now I am forced to leave reviews everywhere. Bread was hard and impossible to eat, flaked off and fell apart whenever touching it, chicken was cold, asked for extra sweet onion sauce and I don’t think they put any at all on the sub, sat in the drive thru for what seemed like an eternity just for a sub I placed ahead, barely any chicken at all on the sub, and to top it off, there was a HAIR in the vegetables as I was about to take a bit. Through the sub away for obvious reasons and went back out to a different restaurant to eat since I just wasted time and money at this subway. Sad thing is this was not the first bad experience here. Makes sense why they have such a low rating. This subway is awful. Glad I took pictures of the hair in my sub and will leave negative reviews for this place everywhere. I’m not even surprised that no one contacted my about this experience considering this was the food is so bad and the service was awful as well.
