  Have been in Louisville for the past 6 years, been coming to this location 2-3 times a week, Bobby and Harry are great, always make conversations and fill up the sandwich’s with lots of veggie, price is somewhat pricey but worth it! I spend anywhere from $30-50 everytime I come, worth every penny! Would definitely recommend there very kind and friendly people!

  Could you explain why I was charged $15.88 for my online order at Subway tonight? I ordered a chicken teriyaki sub with lettuce, onion, extra onion, green peppers, black olives, banana peppers, extra mayonnaise, and extra sweet onion sauce. However, upon receiving my order, I found that it was missing onions, mayo and sweet onion sauce, and the toppings were very sparse. When I contacted the store, they offered to provide an additional cup of sauce I could come pick up but refused to replace the sub. I inquired if I returned the sub could I have a new one made, and they declined. Mind you I have been a customer to this location for some time and quite frequently. As a result, I will no longer be patronizing this Subway location and I will be taking my business else where. Do better!!!
