this place is genuinely disappointing now , i keep trying to give the benefit of doubt but I’m done now. the staff here is so horrible. the teens always have airpods in on the phone, they don’t pay attention to what their doing and when they mess up they give attitude or when your telling them your order they look and respond back like your bothering them, also one staff member started taking my order and smoke started coming out his mouth, i never had as much issues from this place as i’m having now, don’t know what happened to this place but it’s mostly new people and they all suck. #do better

Waited 40 minutes or longer and order was still incorrect. No sense of urgency upon return to make correct sandwich. Overall the entire gas station seems to be poorly ran.

There has been multiple times I pull up to the drive thru and no one answers the box. Then when I pull up to the window they tell me “we’re really busy” and forget me at the window for long periods of times. Grant you… I see no one in line inside. The sandwiches are always wrong as well, the staff don’t care, don’t listen, and don’t know how to be nice to customers. I’ve never been greeted at this location.

Don’t expect great or even good customer service here. Workers are very rude and act like you’re an inconvenience for being there trying to order. Will ignore you and instead talk to whoever is on their FaceTime call with their AirPods in or they will talk to each other.
