  Paid $2 for extra cheese and they didn't even put a single layer of cheese on the whole sandwich. There's supposed to be 4x as much cheese on this sandwich. Total scam artists.

  Unprofessional rude miserable employees. Today the employee just kept tossing the vegetables on my sandwich and seemed annoyed we walked in to purchase a sandwich. Last time I was here the guy had on some big headphones listening to music I had to correct him like 8 times what I asked for on my sandwich. I believe they would just like to come to work get their 10 bucks an hour not have any customers walk in and hang out with their buddies there with music turned up making themselves at home LOL

  Rude staff. Act like its a inconvenience to have customers come in. The look on their faces let's the customers know they hate their job. Plus their friends or boyfriends all piled up in the lobby, literally stretched out relaxing back taking up tables like they own the place.

  The girl had a bad attitude the entire time she was making my sandwich, and "wrapped" it with one hand. I didn't want to make a scene so I took it, but it's pretty much uneatable. Why offer wraps if your employees don't know how to fold them?
