  Fed ex delivery system to homes in Louisville is awful. The last few weeks it has gotten unreal with drivers throwing packages from the truck into the yard, over my picket fence, leaving in the driveway, leaving on the curb and one very expensive package my ring camera caught left in the driveway but gone when I got home. The company kindly sent another but clearly was easily stolen. I would not ship anything with them and for the 6 packages I have seen delivered from the FedEx trucks on my street I have contacted the companies I ordered from, and informed them. Shame on these drivers!

  Very helpful. Been a very long time since I sent a personal item verses one for work. The clerk directed & guided me to select the correct size, etc. It was completed quickly comforting my mind. Note: they Only Accept credit or debit cards, NO cash. Not happy about that.

  No issues; dropped off the package. I was handed a receipt, and the desk interaction was only about 20 seconds. I was in and out.

  They were supposed to drop off a package that didn't require a signature, but they turned a simple delivery into a hassle. Their poor work just annoys the customer; I went to the depot to pick up the package, and they told me I have to wait for them to try delivering it again. IT’S A NO-SIGNATURE PACKAGE. JUST LEAVE THE DAMN PACKAGE. Read the instructions properly and do the job right, or just hold onto it until I come to pick it up. What a terrible company. This isn't the first time they've messed up deliveries for me and my friends. Very disappointed.
