  Every package I've ever had delivered from FedEx never get delivered when its supposed to. For some reason FedEx is the only package delivery service that says they tried to "deliver" without even trying. This is the second time now ive had to sit in an office all day waiting for a package to be delivered that never came. There was never a driver, truck or package at the office to attempt delivery in the first place and the attempted delivery photo is clearly the driver in a moving truck. They give you an option to pick the package up at a local store and when you say you want to do that they say its not eligible because there has to be a signature? Uhmm? Hello? Would I not be able to sign in person for the pick up? I never look forward to receiving anything being delivered from FedEx because it's always inconvenient and more difficult than needed.

  The worst place ever see in my life they are not professional not knowledgeable they lost package and showing in the same facility and they don’t have any answers for me and the package it’s very important very valuable

  Terrible service i suppose to get my package 5/4 and still i don’t have my package and nobody knows at the fedex location the second one i went where my package was im going to make sure i never use this services again horrible company

  👎HORRIBLE. Been told 2 days straight a 1 day express overnight package was being delivered to me. I must be here to sign for it. 8am to 8pm delivery time waiting to receive it. Get a message at 10pm it's not coming. No one can tell me a close delivery time. No one can tell me where my package is exactly. 2 DAYS OF MY WASTED TIME AND LIES. Received messages throughout both days it's on its way and being delivered I must be here to sign for it just to not receive it at all. FEDEX IS HORRIBLE. I'm literally 45 mins from the hub.
