  Missed a package yesterday didn’t know had to have signature thought would leave so I spoke to representative and even have FedEx app and was assured 4 times would be here today I sat around ALL day checking app even seeing fedex truck past house then at 8:15pn status changed would be tomorrow so freakin mad can’t sit around all day tomorrow ( called FedEx 800 number told me to call tomorrow at 5 pm due to that’s when drivers return ( then why they say will be delivered by 8) and have station to override the signature to get my package tomorrow will update tomorrow

  If I could leave zero stars I would’ve… this location SUCKS with processing packages… the last 2 weeks I’ve had expensive packages get “lost” and magically reappear 2 weeks later. Even when I’ve asked for my package to be held at the facility, it still manages to get lost… the only good thing I can say is Shelly at the front desk was GREAT. She tried everything should could do to help find my package… other than that this location has HORRIBLE processing when it comes to sorting and handling packages responsibly..
