  My Wife and I needed to get a yard sign designed and printed and a 11x17 photoshopped foam backed graphic printed as well. We only had roughly a couple of hours to get it all finished so my Wife called FedEx on hourstbourne parkway and she got Cathy on the phone. She was AMAZING!!! She took my Wife through the design process with patience, kindness and professionalism. What a customer service gift she has. I went there to get it all printed and finished up and she got me out with time to spare. Thank you sooo much Cathy

  Would not mail my tax return even though the IRS provided cover sheet specified FedEx as an option.

  Go to UPS or find another FedEx to ship with. Gail is the nastiest rudest employee there. No help. Miserable experience highly recommended finding elsewhere to ship.

  Convenient location. Employees have always been very helpful from assisting with the equipment to sending emails to their system for printing.
