  I had ordered a wheel for my car. In spite of my care and help from a mechanic, the incorrect wheel was sent. I'm 67, arthritic, and getting older...and it was surprisingly heavy. I first called the store to see if they could help me get this return completed...basically getting it from my car to the store. The lady to whom I spoke was extremely helpful and kind. When I arrived at the store, I explained to the lovely gentleman what I needed. He was so kind and helpful. He took his dolly and took it in. This whole process from the phone call to the small amount I had to pay for a box was wonderful. Those 2 people deserve big kudus for their understanding and helpful manners. I would recommend this store 100% More people should understand that older people don't want to get weaker. We took care of everyone all our lives and it is very hard to realize our limitations. These 2 employees understood that!

  I had a complicated print project for a BTS concert, and Assistant Manager Michael went above and beyond to help me. The order gave the printers a lot of trouble, but he stayed patient, kept troubleshooting, and never made me feel like I was a burden. He genuinely cared about getting the project finished correctly and did not give up until we got it done. Excellent customer service, professionalism, and kindness during a very stressful pre-trip situation. Employees like Michael are the reason people come back. Thank you again!
