Employees don’t know anything about the passport services through fedex. The woman who assisted me said you have to show your ears on a passport photo which a quick google search will tell you that’s not true at all. She couldn’t answer any question I had & anytime she gave me an answer it wa wrong then she’d give me a different answer. It was a bizarre experience. Her demeanor was not welcoming or friendly whatsoever. She just got back from a break & clearly didn’t want to be there. Why would fedex offer a service & not train their employees to do said service? Go get your passport anywhere else.

DO NOT USE FEDEX. Multiple times I have taken off work for deliveries and the driver slaps a sticker on the front of the apartment facade insted of going to the delivery and main entrance next to parking lot. I was outside waiting when I watched the truck drive off. No one is allowed to call a facility manager, district manager, facility, or dispatch. The left hand does not know what the right is doing. NO ONE can help you once they have your package just tell you to take off work again and hope you get your package tomorrow. ZERO STARS. This is an actual review of my poor experience with FedEx and no attemps should be allowed for its removal.
Wonderful service, I'm a senior, not too computer savy. I was helped with copying photo's on my phone which needed to be converted to PDF. I had no clue, Joy jumped in and produced beautiful copies for me.
This place is extremely misleading… Google and Apple Maps will tell you that this is a FedEx location…but really it’s an OfficeMax store with a FedEx center in the back of the store… I had a package that I needed to return through FedEx. I was told that all I needed to do was take my shipping label to them and that they would pack it up for me and ship it out free of cost...no pre-print or prepackage needed. However, when I get back there, the guy immediately tells me that they cannot scan any QR codes— Which mine was not even a QR code at all it was just a regular barcode on my emailed shipping return label. He then directed me over to the self print station so that I could print out and tape up my package myself and that they would send it out for drop off? Yeah, not paying printing and packaging fees for something that is already 100% prepaid for return. You would think they would be able to contact google to clarify that this place is NOT a REAL fedex shipping center but instead a small drop, ship, and print center located within OfficeMax. Workers were nice so this isn’t a jab towards them at all! All in all—this was a complete waste of my time coming here just to be referred to a REAL fedex center when I was under the impression that I was being taken to a real one in the first place.
