  My first time using this FedEx Ship Center as I was avoiding thinking that service will be Walmart level (= POOR). I've always used full fledge FedEx location, but nearest location is distant away. I had package ready to be shipped and needed to drop off before my trip and tried this location for the first time. All was smooth. Package was properly scanned and received receipt without asking for.

  Demetrius is one of a kind. Such a super nice person. Very knowledgeable. He helped me every step of the way while I did some printing and sent a package back today. Deeply appreciated.

  Hated the way I was treated when I walked in just to have one black and white copy made. Extremely rude, short, blonde, white guy , mid 30's, who said he was the manager but I'm really not sure if he was or not! No name tag either. Fedex corporate will be hearing from me regarding this verbal abuse and horribly rude treatment of a customer. Look, If you are not happy with your job and cannot be civil to people then find a job where your not around customers...like stocking shelves or working after hours cleaning stores after they close so that you don't have to be mean and nasty to anyone. Won't go back to this location ever again and it's inside of Walmart so I think Walmart should be made aware of the way this guy acted since it might be one of their customers that stops in there as well. Bad attitude, poor customer service, verbally abusive and rude!!! How sad that someone has to act that way over having to make a copy. WOW! Get a real job and try working hard before you get that upset over something simple! 👎👎👎👎👎
