  I was trying to ship internationally to Vietnam. I had the wrong address and was getting the correct address. Tim was amazing helped me and my contact get the correct information and walked me through the process. I will only be shipping through this office from here on

  I am revising my review to one star. Even though I literally printed the shipping address in a large font on a piece of paper for the person to enter my shipment data, my international package was mislabeled and is now being sent to an incorrect city. This is a time sensitive international shipment. Unacceptable.

  Lea Lewis, Field Services Supervisor, at DHL in Louisville, KY, is a superb example of what any company aspires to hire in its customer service department. When my husband was having difficulties with an overseas shipment, Ms. Lewis resolved the problem speedily and to his satisfaction. DHL in Louisville is fortunate to have such an outstanding employee.
