  If it wasn't for Alex this store would get between 0 and 1 star.I walked in planning to get a Samsung phone ,was told the phone was crap and I wouldn't be happy with it.This chick working could sell a car to a blind person,she is quite cunning.The phone glitched,froze, the internet didn't work at all this weekend I had tried to return it for days and failed.$50 to $70 in gas wasted and ended up with the Samsung phone after going to a different location. Alex was really cool and figured the phone I'd had was associated with another number ,but it still was acting wonky.Im so glad I got the phone I wanted and don't have to deal with this location again.

  If you need a phone or help with your cricket service this is the spot. Alex here took wonderful care of me, cannot recommend him more. The best cricket store around!
