  This place has great customer service and the manager Will is very knowledgeable and helpful was able to get everything I needed and had me in and out fast definitely recommend going here!!!

  They lied to me said it was a defective charging port. I bought a replacement phone. Cheapest was $50 plus activation $25. Got home and my sister had left in mailbox a $20 charger to try on my old phone. It worked perfect 100% charge. So l take the new phone back the next day and l get this run around that only a manager can do a refund and he won't be here til Thursday. I get off work at 3pm go in and she said manager left at 2pm. I go in Friday and theY get the non corporate manager on the phone and he said your past your 7 days. Went in today and they offered me $20 on a hit to my card of $75. Oh when l went in Tuesday she lied to me and told me to take it to a cricket store with a manager. Got Bardstown manager on phone he said there bullshiting, you Can only get refund from store u bought it from !!!
