  This is a great hotel. Rooms are clean and modern. Staff are a pleasure to talk to. Excellent experience. Highly recommend.

  5 stars because it was only $100/ night on a Fri and Sat. Normal decent BW breakfast. Pool warm clean and good. Staff friendly and attentive. Room was clean and mattress had a cover. I stayed here 3 years ago and it was just as good then.

  No peaceful pool no safety not walkable have many photos of busted light fixtures and outlets oversized furniture in small room outdated bathroom that leaks onto outdated carpet bring your own mousetraps

  Each time we visit We are greeted with smiles and hospitality that we haven't had anywhere else. So that is the main reason why we choose Best Western every time. The rooms the food are amazing. But what mostly sticks out with us?Is your front desk Everyone is so friendly and bends over backwards to help us with anything that we need. But this one young man.\nIs such a bright light every time we are there.Erik Wolff is by far the best host the best manager and who has become our friend?\n So please keep up the work and you have us as customers.   Lindsey, Eric and the entire hotel team go above and beyond every year when our group of 20 or more arrive for our derby weekend! The rooms are upgraded each year when we arrive and the staff is responsive, welcoming, and it feels like family when we pull in! We couldn’t ask for better when it comes to ‘the people’ which is what matters in our opinion. Thanks Lindsay, Eric and team!! We’ll be back again and again!!
