Man, we had a good stay here, but the reason I’m actually writing this review is because of Adam. I dropped my AirPods in the parking lot and didn’t realize that one of them had fallen out onto the ground until we were halfway back to Pennsylvania. I called the hotel and spoke to Adam and explained to him where we had been parked. He went out into the parking lot, looked for and found my left AirPod and arranged shipment to get it back to me. This is customer service beyond expectations! And the fact that it saved me over $100 is huge for me. I can’t think out of me enough for doing this! The world needs more people like Adam!

Although the location is nice and the service is OK. The beds in this hotel are very high. I’m tall and they’re too tall for me to get in without climbing in and the cushions they use are these foam pads that suck you in so it’s very hard to move in these beds. Couple that with a toilet that is one of the lowest Toilet, I’ve ever seen. Overall, a very unpleasant experience.
