  Ordered steak chipotle got chicken like how you mess that up? And no one ever answers the phone won’t be ordering from any subway in this area no one ever answers and when they mess us it’s an attitude

  Listen...subway at least here, on north main st as gone to the dogs. Eaten here over 10 years but now its bad. Last 2 times both footlongs have hardly any meat the steak and sweet onion chicken. One 1/2 of my sandwich literally only had 4 pieces of chicken. The bread was way underdone I don'tthink they proofed it or cooked it long enough....and prices keep going up. And finally we ordered on the app, got there about 5 minutes later only to find an empty lobby and drive thru....and they hadn't started our sandwiches yet...Gonna try Firehouse or Jimmy John's...both new but no more subway.

  I usually have a good experience at this store, but not today. Today 7/1/26, the MANAGER along with a dozen other people were hanging around the INSIDE of the open back door smoking and vaping. The ONE employee actually working couldn't make a sandwich if he was being shown how to do it. I will no longer patronize this store and the health department has been contacted.

  Watched the employee pick his tooth with his finger then continue making sandwiches. also waited in line 25 mins for a mobile order, then the guy proceeded not to even put everything I ordered on the sandwhich. terrible experience.

  Physically IMPOSSIBLE for this store to make a sandwich the way you request if you're ordering online. Do yourself a favor and visit any other location in London if you value your time and money.
