    This ship center runs quickly and efficiently! My go-to spot when I'm on the road for work and need to ship overnight. Especially the front desk at this location. Always so helpful!

    What good are you guys if you are refusing to deliver packages. Extend date and make excuses for not delivering. Its a business not a place for international negligence

    Usually im not one to leave a review like this, but I have never had an issue like this before. I can understand that fedex doesnt want to deliver to po boxes; thats fine I have my mother's address I can get things sent to, but the fact that I put in my po box address onto an order and they took it, it got all the way to London Kentucky from out of the US and then they want to tell me i cant get it sent to my po box. Okay, thats fine, again I have another address I can get things sent to; yet when I get into connect with one of their customer service reps, im told that there is absolutely no way to have them change the address of delivery even though I have all the information to prove its my package. And mind you, I am almost two hours away from this fedex; so I had to drive an hour and forty-five minutes to pick up my package even though it was not my fault that they couldnt deliver my package, had I known the brand I was ordering from did their business with FedEx or any other shipping company that didn't deliver to po boxes, I would have put in my other address. Do I believe Fedex is 100% at fault for this, no, but the fact there is no other options to help your customers in this type of situation is absolutely ridiculous.

    DRIVERS are the worst. The driver has supposedly tried to deliver my package 3 times. Once Thurs.(which I wasnt here) once Fri (which I left a note saying they could leave the package with my signature on it) and then today @ 9:30am but ive been here ALL DAY and no one has been to my door, knocked, honked, screamed, NOTHING! Yes the package is heavy but dont they have a dolly for that purpose? I would have helped if they would have came to the door and knocked! So now its been 3 days and still dont have the package and I cant get it till Monday bc they are idiots! FEDEX SUCKS!
