I ordered 20 bone in wings with hot original. This is the first time trying Wingstop and as I went in to the store the window advertisement stated " Join our rewards club and get 5 wings today" I asked when I went inside how to sign up for the rewards and get the 5 wings with my order and the employee told me " That doesn't start till tomorrow" I politely mentioned that maybe the ad shouldn't be up today stating that if you join you will get 5 free wings today" and they just shrugged and smiled. Not enough to ruin my experience but when I got home we realized the wings were barely coated with sauce and even dry to the touch. We could barely taste the buffalo sauce flavor and ended up having to use our owns Franks red hot buffalo sauce. Definitely not a good first impression. I included in a picture showing how dry the wings were. Im not sure if that's normal and you have to ask for wi gs with more sauce on them or not. Other wing places I have been to you do not have to unless you want them swimming in sauce.

Terrible experience at Wingstop. First of all, I ordered two ranch dips and never received them. Secondly, the wings I got were completely drenched in grease; the sauce was soaked, and everything looked really oily. It was late—around 12:30 a.m.—so it seemed like they rushed my order and got it wrong because they just wanted to leave. No one helped me resolve the issue.
