  I had a tall stack of various boxes that made it almost impossible to open the door. Hanna saw this and rushed to open the door for me and make sure none of the boxes fell! Hanna was friendly, professional, and helpful in taking care of my drop off. Major kudos to her! Also, this store is impressive: spacious, very clean, and full of light.

  Samantha went above and beyond with customer service, as I had technical difficulties with return code and she was extremely patient and kind without pressure or stress. She also helped me find a box for a separate return and handle its shipping. Grateful! Thank you!

  I don’t do 1-stars…except when an interaction is so egregiously horrific. I came to this location to drop off an Amazon return package…first time I’ve tried this place, for convenience, since I had my car washed across the street. The young man who interacted with me, was thoroughly motivated to extract some funds out of my wallet…and this was supposed to be a zero funds out of my pocket drop off. It was such a turn off that I smiled and walked out with the package and ended up at the Beaumont location, for a totally opposite interaction. Remember…customers always have a choice!

  This was my first time going to the UPS store to make copies and fax papers. The young lady there was so friendly and helpful. Double checking that everything was the way it needs to be and taking the time to make sure all paperwork was received. If I ever need any papers copied and fax, I will go back to the same UPS store in Lexington, Ky .
