  EDIT to original review: Still dealing with a lost package that is very important. Last scanned at the Lexington Facility Distribution Center. IMPOSSIBLE to reach anyone at the distribution facility (I was willing to make a phone call to follow up there). Local store manager Jodie was great and willing to help. Told me to file a claim, so I did on January 26th under Claim #000-07-010354. After legitimately 3 days, the claim was closed and they sent me a check. I have no faith that the case was looked into. It feels as though I was shoved in a queue, helpless, with receiving no answers as to if my package was lost, stolen, misplaced. I will not be recommending UPS as a reliable courier to anyone, unless I get answers.

  Michael and Conner were extremely helpful with and professional packing/shipping an expensive electronic piano for me. Michael allowed me to see the process and I left feeling confident about the physical safety of the item. Thank you all.
