  This location is aware that a company by the name of KY UCC statement service is scamming customers and has does nothing to make the public aware! They have received numerous amount of phone calls about this issue. The company has a P.O Box with UPS and is receiving stolen money from customers and using a third party’s name to scam customers. Something needs to be done about this immediately! The police need to investigate, something has to be done!!

  After striking out at Walgreen’s & FedEx, this UPS Store was able to provide me with a passport photo, an envelope to send my passport renewal, and tracked postage. It was great to be able to accomplish all steps of the passport renewal process at one place!

  This is my favorite place to send off my packages , faxes, copies and the Price is always right the staff is Amazing very Helpful and Friendly.

  Incompetence and false promises! My Mother accidentally took my cell phone home and paid this store $85 to overnight it to me on Saturday 2/9 (expected to arrive at 8am monday 2/11). Monday morning came and my package did not arrive. I tried to track the package with tracking number given but nothing was pulling up. I used google app "where is my phone" and it showed that it was STILL at the store!! I called the store and the employee there gave me grief, stating it was impossible that my package was not shipped. I then made my phone ring using the google app and the employee was astonished to realize THEY NEVER MAILED IT. I was furious and asked to speak to the manager/owner and for it to be mailed to me immediately as my phone is critical to my job. The owner then promised a refund and stated it would be shipped to me immediately and would arrive by 5pm that night (monday 2/11) or tuesday morning at 8am latest (2/12). I am sitting here writing this review on tuesday at 12:50pm and STILL NO PACKAGE. I called the store and the employee refused to give me the owner's number. I called UPS customer service and they stated there was nothing they could do because the owner did not ship/label it to arrive by 8am today. Unbelievable and disappointing. If you are shipping something you care about or need in a timely fashion, DO NOT USE THIS STORE!! Will be going to corporate UPS to escalate this further.
