This subway either has a LONG line, out of every cheese/meat, or over charges you because they don’t know how to ring stuff up. They have had to give me 3 refunds because they just add their own items when you check out. They are ALWAYS out of cheese or vegetables. It’s FILTHY in there, from the sandwich bar to the tables and drink machines. It’s a convenient location but with the bad attitude employees, mess, and random upcharges… just go to Leestown and that’s even sadder to say iykyk
Food was all over the counters, and customer service was bad!!!

I’ve had multiple disappointing experiences with this Subway location on Abigail at the iga, especially with DoorDash orders. Each time I order, the sandwiches are not made according to the instructions and often seem incomplete or rushed, with missing ingredients and incorrect preparation.
I also tried calling the store for clarification and reassurance, but the phone line does not appear to be properly set up, which makes it difficult to reach anyone. When I finally got in touch with someone identifying as the assistant manager, I attempted to explain my concerns and ask that my order be prepared correctly moving forward. Instead, I was told to go to a different location and the call was ended abruptly.
Overall, the lack of professionalism, communication, and consistency in preparing orders has been very frustrating. I hope this location improves its customer service and attention to detail, especially for delivery orders.

I usually get the Chicken Bacon Ranch club, always great. The people are friendly and I'm thankful to have them so close to me.
