  So to be exact I've been to the subway a few times since I've been down here in Lexington Kentucky it's always same two employees.. I was in line waiting for my order to be taken..Two other rude customers jump in line in front of me ,same employees took their order..So she's basically rushing me it's crowded they're standing in front of so I can't see what they're making of my sandwich she puts extreme mayonnaise on my sandwich, then put a lot of salt on my sandwich but extremely a lot of salt besides the pepper that I asked for .. then she tips herself off my card without asking, also they're sharing gloves when making separate sandwiches, and then ask did I want a receipt I said yes fakes like she put my receipt in my bag.. I called up there four times no answer.. this is my third complaint I've had with this location with the same two employees. But the crazy part was not only did she upsetly make my sandwich but she tips herself off my card.. and when I call no one answers cuz I was coming up there to return it. I bit in that sandwich full of salt and mayonnaise very deliberately disrespectful and disgusting I do not appreciate doing business and I do not feel comfortable with people that's trying to put things in my food to harm me

  One of the better Subway locations I have been to. Everything was super fresh, the bread was soft, and the ingredients were clearly well maintained. The sandwich came out exactly how I wanted, and they were generous with the portions. What really stood out was the service. The team was friendly, quick, and paid attention to the details, which made the whole experience smooth. You can tell there is good management behind the scenes.
