  I was there yesterday and placed my order. As I moved down to the veggies, I noticed that the lettuce was brown and it looked wet. I made a comment about the lettuce and this heavy set light skinned black guy (Idk if he had a name tag or not-he wasn't even the one making my sandwich) told me the lettuce was ok and that he'd eat it. So I asked him to get some and eat it. He picked it up and assured me that he loves his lettuce like that. So he picked some up and quickly dropped it back in the pan (not eating any of it) and asked me if I wanted him to go get some fresh lettuce. I told him no, but he did it anyway. This is absolutely horrible customer service. I don't care if you eat rancid lettuce, it isn't your place to attempt to argue with me about bad, wet, brown lettuce. The young man that was helping me (no badge on) was so respectful. Every time I go there lately, the lettuce looks like that and the staff act like I'm bothering them by asking them to make me a sandwich! Especially the older black lady with the braided ponytails on the top of her head. Retrain your employees Subway!!

  July 22th at 7:05 We came in the door and there was a gentleman fixing subways and a lady sitting down, the lady told us that it was going to be about 20 minutes, I guess she wasn’t going to help the gentleman. Who ever owns this place you need to go and check on your employees.

  The absolute worst Subway. There must always be a problem with the AC, because the front door is always open and there is a female worker smoking a cigarette and on her phone. They are always out of a lot of things. Once I went and they only had pepperjack cheese. Makes me wonder if it's because it was left out and spoiled. It can take a while to get food, too. After placing a mobile order and waiting, I had to leave and come back until it was finally ready.

  Hello, this is Pete with express moving & delivery services. Our moving crew always love stopping by for lunch. Highly reccommend this subway on saron. Carmen is a very hospitable lady. She is a keeper!
